Julianne Jashienski collected three hits in four at bats, as Stratford defeated Lucy Beckham 16-2 on Monday night. Jashienski singled in the third inning, doubled in the sixth inning, and singled in the sixth inning as the Knights batted around.

The Knights got on the board in the second inning whenTiauna Walker grounded out, scoring two runs.

Stratford added to their early lead in the top of the third inning after Jashienski singled to center field, scoring two runs.

The Knights scored seven runs on four hits in the top of the sixth inning. Walker drew a walk, scoring one run, Olivia Wyatt doubled, scoring two runs, Kyliegh Malmede doubled, scoring two runs, Jashienski singled, scoring one run, and an error scored one run.

Katie Bond started the game for Stratford in the pitcher's circle. She allowed four hits and two runs over five innings, striking out nine and walking none. Clemson Byrd pitched one inning of no-run ball for Stratford in relief. Byrd allowed zero hits, striking out one and walking none.

Stratford amassed 10 hits in the game. Wyatt collected two hits for Stratford in four at bats. The Knights had a strong eye at the plate, collecting eight walks for the game. Ilianexis Cotto and Kinsley Bass led the team with two free passes each.
