Tonight the Varsity Football game has been postponed. Rescheduled date is Monday August 25, 2025. Kick-off is at 6:00PM at Goose Creek High School.

Dear Goose Creek High School Senior Families,
We are pleased to offer an exciting opportunity for our Seniors and Junior early graduates at Goose Creek High School! Each eligible student has the option to take either the ACT or SAT one time per school year at no cost. This is a great way to prepare for college admissions or scholarship applications.
Please note that any additional test attempts beyond the one free opportunity must be paid for by the student.
This year:
- The ACT will be administered at GCHS on October 2, 2025
- The SAT will be administered at GCHS on October 21, 2025
Students wishing to take either assessment must complete the Google Form linked in this email below or in the Senior Schoology Page no later than August 14, 2025.

2025 Little Gator Cheer Camp Registration
Date: July 16th-18th
Time: 3:00pm-6:00pm
GCHS Gymnasium
Little Gators will learn a cheer, dance, jumps, and stunts with a performance at the end of camp to showcase to all parents, guardians, friends, and family!
Registration closes on July 1st.
Ages 4-14
$65 includes t-shirt and bow.

Wow, Emily Bohl at Goose Creek High is a 🌟SUPERSTAR🌟 school communicator! Over the course of the spring semester, she sent 9,507 Rooms messages. Because of her dedication to keeping parents and students informed, Emily got a bag of district swag and four tickets to the RiverDogs!
In light of the new parking pass requirement for our Graduation Ceremony at the North Charleston Celiseum, each graduating student will receive 4 parking passes for the ceremony.
Students will receive their parking passes at the end of the mandatory graduation practice on May 27th. Students need to report to the auditorium at 10am and will receive their parking passes as they are dismissed at 12pm.
Seniors Events!
Wednesday through Friday during all lunches, we will have tables set up where you can check your fees/materials/attendance to prepare for senior sign-out. You will also be able to clear those fees as long as you have cash. Don't forget to stop by and see us to ensure you have a smooth senior sign-out!
The Spirit of Gold Marching Band is holding auditions for the 2025-2026 Season's Color Guard on May 13 and 14. We hope to see you there!
NEW Scholarship Opportunities!
Black and Gold Scholarship- Due May 9, 2025
This scholarship is awarded annually to a graduating GCH senior who plans to become a classroom teacher in the amount of $1000. The scholarship is made possible by contributions from faculty and staff members of Goose Creek High School whose gifts are intended to honor the memories of fellow teachers who have died while serving as members of our school family.

Thomas Loftus Memorial Scholarship- Due May 20, 2025
This scholarship is awarded to a senior who attends Goose Creek High School who has been accepted to a 2- or 4-year college and has been impacted by suicide.

Jostens will be on campus Thursday April 24, 2025 to delivery cap and gowns. You will be able to pick them up during YOUR lunch period in the auditorium lobby. IF you have a remaining balance it will need to be paid before you can pick up your supplies. They will also have extra product with them for purchase if you still need to get a cap/gown unit. The price is $110 and CASH payment is the only form acceptable at pick up that day.

Spring has sprung! We hope all our students have a safe and fun spring break! Students will return to school April 21.
Tomorrow, April 8th at 7pm our percussion director, Josh Bohl and his students will present the 4th annual Night of Percussion. This even will feature the Goose Creek HIgh School Percussion Ensembles as well as the Steel Bands. We hope to see you there!
The No Hate Tour stuck the landing at Goose Creek High and Hanahan High! These BMX stars wowed students with their high-energy bike tricks while also delivering an impactful anti-bullying message.
